| 背景說明: | 基質金屬蛋白酶(MMPs)是鋅和鈣依賴的內肽酶家族，具有降解細胞外基質所有成分的聯合能力。MMP 8(中性粒細胞膠原酶)在中性粒細胞中表達，并儲存在特定的顆粒中。中性粒細胞MMP 8的釋放受白細胞介素1和8、腫瘤壞死因子α和GM-CSF等多種因素的刺激。MMP 8具有切割Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型三螺旋膠原、明膠肽、纖維連接蛋白、蛋白多糖、aggrecan、絲氨酸、β-酪蛋白和血管緊張素、P物質等多肽的功能，除具有吞噬功能外，還具有較強的浸潤結締組織能力，參與類風濕關節炎等疾病細胞外基質的破壞。在結構上，MMP 8由幾個結構域組成：一個親結構域在激活后被裂解，一個催化結構域包含鋅結合位點，一個短鉸鏈區和一個類似血凝素的結構域。MMP 8的糖化程度很高。 |
