| 背景說明: | 白細胞介素1(IL-1)是一種命名為IL-1α和IL-1β的蛋白質，這兩種蛋白是不同基因的產物，但它們的氨基酸序列同源性約為25%，并能識別相同的細胞表面受體。IL-1α和IL-1β均被合成為31 kDa前體，隨后被切割成分子量約為17,000 Da的蛋白質。這兩種前體均不含典型的疏水信號肽序列，且IL-1α的大部分前體形式仍保留在細胞的胞漿中，盡管有證據表明其前體形式為IL-1α的膜結合形式。雖然IL-1的產生通常被認為是炎癥的結果，但有證據表明，IL-1在骨形成和月經周期中也有時間上的上調，并且可以在神經系統刺激下被誘導。作為對炎癥劑、感染或微生物內毒素所產生的經典刺激的反應，巨噬細胞和其他各種細胞產生的IL-1顯著增加。 |
