| 背景說明: | 白細胞介素-10受體亞單位β(IL10RB)又稱細胞因子受體Ⅱ類成員4、細胞因子受體家族2成員4、白細胞介素-10受體亞基2，屬于Ⅱ型細胞因子受體家族。IL10RB是一種單程Ⅰ型膜蛋白，含有兩個纖維連接蛋白Ⅲ型結構域。它是活性白細胞介素10受體復合物所必需的一條附屬鏈。IL10Rb和IL10RA蛋白的共表達在IL 10誘導的信號轉導中被證明是必需的。IL10RB的缺陷是引起炎癥性腸病25型(IBD 25)的原因，IBD 25是一種慢性復發性胃腸道炎癥，病因復雜。 |
