| 背景說明: | 白細胞介素-20受體亞單位β(IL20Rb)是一種Ⅰ型膜蛋白，屬于Ⅱ型細胞因子受體家族。它包含2個纖維連接蛋白Ⅲ型結構域.II型細胞因子受體有兩種：結合Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型干擾素的細胞因子受體；結合白細胞介素-10家族成員的細胞因子受體(白細胞介素-10、白細胞介素-20和白細胞介素-22)。Ⅱ型細胞因子受體與Ⅰ型細胞因子受體相似，只是它們不具有具有Ⅰ型受體特征的特征序列WSXWS。它們在某些細胞表面表達，這些細胞與一組特定的細胞因子結合和反應。這些受體主要通過細胞外部分的序列相似性來聯系，這些部分由串聯的Ig樣結構域組成。Ⅱ型細胞因子受體的胞內結構域通常與屬于Janus激酶(Jak)家族的酪氨酸激酶有關。 |
