產品描述：
胰蛋白胨大豆肉湯（TSB）培養基是加富培養基，用于營養需求高的微生物（難養菌）的培養和回收，不需要加血清。胰蛋白胨大豆肉湯培養基適用范圍廣泛，可用于培養好氧菌、厭氧菌和真菌。例如：

室溫下pH值應為7.6；不要調整。將培養基在10%CO2和90%N2下煮沸。冷卻并繼續沖洗。加入8ml還原溶液。如有必要，稍微加熱以混合，然后再加入4.8毫升還原溶液。分配7.0 ml/管（厭氧）并蓋上蓋子。注意事項：這種介質含有硫化鈉，會產生硫化氫。硫化氫具有危險性，應在化學通風櫥中制備這種介質。
